Supertooth Dental

A dental practice near Auckland Airport needed a site that turned searches into booked appointments rather than one that listed services and hoped.

The problem

Supertooth serves a catchment where patients compare three or four practices before picking up the phone. Most of that comparison happens on a phone, in under a minute, and the deciding factors are rarely clinical. People want to know whether the practice takes new patients, what a checkup costs, where to park, and whether the place looks like somewhere they would take their kids.

The site they had answered none of those questions above the fold. It opened with a stock photo and a paragraph about commitment to excellence, and the booking link sat three scrolls down.

What we did

We rebuilt the site around a single question: what does a nervous new patient need before they book?

The homepage now leads with the practice name, the location, and a booking action that stays visible while you scroll. Pricing for common treatments sits on its own page rather than behind an enquiry form, because a practice that publishes prices removes the main reason someone bounces to a competitor.

We wrote the copy in plain language, replacing clinical terms with what a patient would search for. Every service page carries its own title, description and schema, so each one can rank for its own treatment rather than competing with the homepage.

Warm colour, real photography of the practice, and a layout that holds together on a 5-inch screen. The whole site ships as static HTML on a CDN, so it renders before a patient on mobile data loses patience.

Where it landed

Supertooth launched with the technical layer done: crawlable HTML, LocalBusiness and Dentist schema, a connected Google Business Profile, and Search Console verified on the day of launch.

The structure gives the practice room to grow. Each new treatment becomes a page rather than a paragraph, and the booking flow stays one tap from anywhere on the site.
