HOW WE PRICE
We don't publish a rate card, because a number we haven't scoped against your project is a guess. What's fixed is the process: we scope the work, quote a price in writing, and hold it. Here's the shape of what each kind of project involves.

One page, one job. A campaign, a launch, or a single service you want to test.
- Custom design, no template
- Copywriting from your brief
- Form or booking integration
- Analytics and Search Console
- Live in two to three weeks

Five to seven pages for a service business. What most Auckland small businesses need.
- Design and copy for every page
- CMS for the sections you edit
- Local SEO and schema set up before launch
- Redirects mapped from your old site
- Training and full handover
- Live in four to eight weeks
Custom build
Sites doing real work: bookings, payments, portals, integrations, or a large content library.
- Everything in the marketing site
- Custom functionality scoped in writing
- Integrations with the tools you run
- Staging environment and code review
- Live in eight to sixteen weeks

Questions about cost
Why doesn't this page show prices?
Because a number we haven't scoped against your actual project is a guess, not a quote, and we would rather not publish a guess and call it a rate card. Every project gets a fixed number in writing after we understand what it needs — send us the brief and you will have it within a day.
Is the quote fixed or hourly?
Fixed. We scope the work in writing, quote a number, and hold it. If you add something mid-project we quote the addition separately rather than quietly extending the invoice.
What makes a website cost more?
Page count matters less than people expect. Custom functionality, integrations with systems that have awkward APIs, content you need us to write from scratch, and the number of people who have to approve the design all move the number more than adding pages does.
Do you take payment in stages?
Yes. A deposit to start, a payment at design sign-off, and the balance at launch for most projects. Larger builds run on monthly progress invoices instead.
What are the ongoing costs after launch?
A domain and basic hosting are small, ongoing costs set by the registrar and host, not us. Our care plan covers updates and monitoring if you want that handled, quoted separately from the build. A site with a CMS or e-commerce platform adds that vendor's own subscription.
Do you work with startups on smaller budgets?
Sometimes, where the scope can be cut to fit rather than the quality. We would rather build you a sharp three-page site now than a compromised ten-page one. Tell us the budget on the first email and we will say straight away whether it works.
